Model of network interaction between urban and rural preschool educational institutions within the framework of the Implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard for Educational Education.
MODEL OF NETWORK INTERACTION OF CITY AND RURAL ECEC WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FSES DO.
“People can accomplish things they cannot do alone; the unity of minds and hands, the concentration of their powers can become almost omnipotent” (John Wibster).
According to O. S. Rudneva, “in the modern world, adult education is the development of abilities and skills that allow a person to fully participate in life, the people and the nation; it gives a chance to develop and establish their identity, political, economic and intellectual independence.” Nothing stands still, and in connection with this, we need constant updating of knowledge.
Serious changes have taken place in the field of education, including preschool education; preschool teachers are subject to high requirements for professional competence. Network interaction opens up new opportunities for preschool teachers: to present their work experience to the public, to study and apply the experience of other teachers in their work, to develop the ability to reflect.
One of the main tasks of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education is the formation of a general culture of the child’s personality, introducing him to sociocultural values. To successfully solve this problem, it is necessary to connect the preschool educational institution with the outside world: with various cultural and educational objects, people of different professions. That is why today preschool educational organizations are not able to fully implement their educational activities without cooperation with society. The most optimal option for relations with objects of society is social partnership.
The phenomenon of network interaction is not new at all, but it should not be confused with interaction on the Internet. Network interaction is a special type of interaction between preschool educational organizations, which allows each network participant to receive something that is impossible outside the network.
Today it is impossible to imagine a preschool educational institution outside the educational network; thanks to the efforts of educational organizations, a certain concentration of resources according to the network model gives positive dynamics in education. Educational organizations that are in mutually beneficial relationships are the main feature of network interaction.
Concepts such as partnership, network, and networking have become widespread in pedagogical practice in the modern world. Discovering the educational potential of these concepts, in my opinion, is interdisciplinary in nature.
A network is a collection of organizations that have similar goals, the necessary resources to achieve them, and a single control center.
Participation in network interaction among educational organizations is expected to improve the quality of education and upbringing.
Our preschool educational organization works closely with educational organizations in the city and village. For several years we have been closely cooperating with preschool groups of the Municipal Municipal Educational Institution BGO Chigorakskaya Secondary School. In 2022, a joint long-term project was implemented on the “Revival of cultural traditions within the framework of the continuity of preschool groups and primary classes in the MKOU BGO Chigorak Secondary School.” As part of this project, leisure activities were held together with the families of the pupils: “Magpies”, “World Balalaika Day”, “Hospitality Day - Pie Day”, etc. Thematic programs were also implemented: “Baptism of the Lord”, “Palm Sunday”, “Glory to you, brothers Slavs - enlighteners”. Master classes: “Dolls from grandma’s chest”, “Funny craft”.
We have developed an active networking relationship with the Makhrovskaya Rural Library. Our students willingly attend children's book exhibitions and literary gatherings. One of the last events was dedicated to the children's writer S.V. Mikhalkov; the children listened with interest to the speech of a library worker and at the end of the gatherings watched the cartoon “Uncle Styopa”.
We also cooperate with the Makhrovsky SDK, our students have the opportunity to demonstrate their vocal and choreographic skills. Carrying out joint activities with KFOR has a positive effect on the mental and physical health of children. Our students took part in an event dedicated to the Day of Older People. The children prepared musical greetings and cards for the guests. All participants in this network interaction received a lot of positive emotions and impressions.
Teachers of our preschool educational institution take part in master classes, seminars, readings and conferences held on the basis of educational and cultural organizations in the city of Borisoglebsk. So, as part of network interaction, I took part in the regional stage of the International Christmas educational readings on December 5, 2019 in the city of Borisoglebsk, which was held on the basis of VSU, where the annual Mitrofan church-historical readings were held on the topic “The Great Victory: heritage and heirs of the 21st century " Colleagues were presented with material from personal experience on the topic: “Education of patriotism and spiritual morality in preschool children through familiarization with Russian and Orthodox traditions.”
Thanks to network interaction, new opportunities are opening up for employees of educational organizations that will have a positive impact on the upbringing and training of the younger generation.
